Convention Registration

You may register by mail until Sept. 1st, or online until Sept. 14th. We encourage you to register early for best prices! Note: registering by mail and paying by check will also save you a few dollars in processing fees incurred by registering online.

$35 Regular (August 3-September 1 for mail-in, August 3-September 14 for online)
$40 Walk-in/Day of Convention (October 2-4)

BANQUET

Please join us for Saturday evening’s banquet, an elegant and delicious time of fellowship, food and fun, featuring speaker Liz P. from Chicago!  For $50 additional over the registration cost, you may enjoy one of the following three tasty choices:

~ 8 oz. Sirloin topped with Bordelaise sauce; mashed potatoes, and asparagus (Gluten-Free)
~ Herb Panko-Crusted Chicken Breast with roasted garlic, sundried tomato, and spinach cream sauce; rice pilaf, and seasonal vegetable medley
~ Roasted Acorn Squash served with rice cauliflower and marinara sauce (Gluten-Free, Vegan, and Vegetarian)

All dinners include:

House Salad, Dinner Rolls, and Dessert, plus iced tea/water and coffee.

Sept. 14th is the deadline to reserve and pay for your banquet meal. We hope to see you there!

Service and processing fees of $0.75-$2.78 will apply to every online ticket and banquet purchase. To avoid paying these fees, please register by mail and pay by check, making sure your envelope is postmarked by Sept. 1st.

 

 

Hotel Reservations

You may reserve your hotel room online here or by phoning the hotel directly at (309) 694-0200. State that you are “with the Illinois State AFG Convention” to receive the room rate of $129.00 plus tax. Reservations made after Friday, September 11, 2026, cannot be guaranteed to receive this discounted convention rate.

The block of rooms reserved for convention attenders are all 2-room suites with sofa and microwave and either 1 King bed (sleeps 4) or 2 Double beds (sleeps 6).

Attached to the largest hotel conference center in Peoria, the convention hotel overlooks the Illinois River. You’ll be next to East Peoria River Front Park and five minutes from the downtown area’s historic sites and museums. Enjoy made-to-order breakfast, a fitness center featuring a Peloton® Bike with toe cages, and the indoor pool.
