Convention Registration

You may register by mail until Sept. 1st, or online until Sept. 11th. We encourage you to register early for best prices! Please check back in later May for paper registration forms and online registration link. Mail-in registration form should be sent with your check payable to “Illinois Al-Anon/Alateen Convention II”, postmarked by Sept. 1st, to: Illinois Al-Anon/Alateen Convention II P.O. Box 121 Rochester, IL 62563 Registration Prices: $30 Early Bird (now through August 2, 2026) $35 Regular (August 3-September 1 for mail-in, August 3-September 11 for online) $40 Walk-in/Day of Convention (October 2-4) Saturday evening’s banquet cost will be $50, and must be reserved and paid for by Sept. 11th. All dinners include house salad, dessert, rolls, iced tea, coffee, and water. Banquet dinner options are: 1. 8 oz. Sirloin topped with Bordelaise sauce; mashed potatoes, and asparagus (Gluten-Free)
2. Herb Panko-Crusted Chicken Breast with roasted garlic, sundried tomato, and spinach cream sauce; rice pilaf, and seasonal vegetable medley 3. Roasted Acorn Squash served with rice cauliflower and marinara sauce (Gluten Free, Vegan, and Vegetarian)

State that you are “with the Illinois State AFG Convention” to receive the room rate of $129.00 plus tax. Reservations made after Friday, September 11, 2026, cannot be guaranteed to receive this discounted convention rate. You’ll be next to East Peoria River Front Park and five minutes from the downtown area’s historic sites and museums. Enjoy made-to-order breakfast, a fitness center featuring a Peloton® Bike with toe cages, and the indoor pool.
